House on the hill. Isn’t it just the perfect chocolate box thatched cottage?

Happy Sunday! Today we walked a circular walk from east chaldon to the south coast path and back.

It was a good walk today around Burton Bradstock. Quite a few people were on the beach.

Mango and passion fruit mousse cake with meringue kisses. Trying to make sail using isomalt. It is pretty interesting ingredient to work with.

As soon as you get back from a break you need to go back to another break. Is it just me?

Happy Easter! This is an Early Spider Orchid we saw near Dancing Ledge. You have to be really looking for them in the middle of all the daisies and butter cups. Isn't cute? Definitely 1/3 of the size of Orchid that I am used to seeing.

Now we are having our hot cross bun-nies 🤣didn’t quite work but the taste is good and fluffy.

We tried to look for puffins at the Dancing Ledge today but had no luck. There were a few people out there coastering, rock climbing and swimming. Definitely more pople than we are used to.
